ABOUT DHYANA
Ancient practices for modern life.
Dhyāna (dee-AH-nah) is a Sanskrit word meaning contemplation or meditation and is the seventh of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
Dhyāna Yoga Wellness Lounge is a place to pause, breathe, and simply be.
Inspired by the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, it is a space for exploring wellbeing beyond the mat. Through mindful living, meditation, seasonal practices, daily rituals, and thoughtful reflection, we cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
We believe meditation is not something we do only with our eyes closed, but a way of living—woven into how we move, breathe, choose, and meet each day.
This is an invitation to slow down, find balance, and embrace the art of a life well lived.

STUDENT REFLECTIONS
Shared experiences from students who have studied & practiced with Ashleigh.
- Tom, Montreal QC
I would like to say that I did 'The Spiritual Path' course with Ashleigh that combined many elements of different metaphysical philosophies, and yoga styles styles (including hatha, kundalini and tantric) which
I found quite amazing. I've also done a Lululemon yoga class with her and it was more geared to the general public (i.e. easier to follow than just jumping in.) Ashleigh cares deeply about her work and the people she teaches. I hope you try her courses out!
- Vanessa, Vancouver BC
I’m very grateful to Ashleigh, she is my favorite teacher ever. With her I learnt how to connect with my body and soul through yoga. My focus with Ashleigh was mainly to get pregnant and guess what? I was pregnant a couple months later! All the yoga classes that I had before my work with Ashleigh were
about doing the asanas (postures) perfectly and breathing well, and I know that these are important factors too, but when I let it go of that concern and started to pay attention to my body and emotions during Ashleigh’s yoga classes I connected with yoga for the first time ever, and breathing and doing the
postures, well came along with it.
- Brad, Montreal QC
Ashleigh has a deep knowledge of the subject of metaphysics and yoga and is obviously really
passionate about it. Her introduction to the chakras was really good. Her course also offered what I am looking for: yoga as part of a spiritual path, rather than yoga as a workout.
